Lite Plan ($110 for 5 Meals: Dinner Monday - Friday)

This plan is recommended for individual who plan to make breakfast and lunch on their own or fast for most of the day and eat one meal per day.   If you eat on your own, please make sure to limit your carb intake to no more than 10 grams of carbs for both meals.

Mary's Keto Kitchen recommends to avoid any nuts, nut butters, and berries if you wish to see the best result in your diet.
